Return Policy

Our primary goal at SecurMonkey is our client’s satisfaction with our products. Above all we are protection enthusiasts who are passionate about our products and would like our company to reflect the same image. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, here are your options.

Wrong size

If the product you ordered is not of the correct size and has not been worn, SecurMonkey will be happy to replace it without penalty within three months of the date of purchase. Only shipping costs (post) will be charged. Please note that products larger than XL (X-Large) usually cost a few dollars more in fees and may add additional costs if the product is of such size.

We will be shipping your new item by mail as soon as we receive the returned product. Please note that we hold a very small inventory of products and that it is possible that your new request is not immediately available. If it’s the case, please allow for 2-3 weeks delivery time.

Defect product

Our team inspects every item before shipping to clients. However, it is not impossible that a defective product goes unnoticed stealth ninja style. In this case, you have the choice between a reimbursement or exchange (we cover the shipping).

Not satisfied with a product

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, SecurMonkey will be happy to refund it to you within 30 days after the date of purchase. However, you will have to pay for the return by mail. At this point, you can return it, without even having to pay the transport costs (post).
